Fyre Villas – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General Information

Q: How many villas are available?

A: Currently, we have 2 villas (each sleeping 8 guests). More villas are coming soon as part of Fyre’s expansion.

Q: How many people can each villa accommodate?

A: Each villa sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common living area.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is at 11:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.

Booking & Packages

Q: Do the villas require a golf package?

A: Yes. Villas are reserved exclusively for Stay & Play packages at Fyre Lake Golf Club. While staying in the villas, all golf is unlimited.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: Fall and spring weekends book quickly. We recommend reserving at least 6–12 months in advance to secure your preferred dates.

Q: What is included in a Stay & Play package?

A: Villa lodging, unlimited golf with cart, unlimited range balls, and access to all Fyre amenities. Some packages also include food and beverage options.

Amenities

Q: Do the villas have kitchens?

A: Yes. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, air frier and cookware. Refrigerators are fully stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus snacks.

Q: Is Wi-Fi included?

A: Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all villas.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

A: Yes. All bedding, linens, and towels are included.

Q: Is daily cleaning included?

A: Yes. Villas are cleaned before your arrival, and mid-stay cleaning is also provided.

Food & Beverage

Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?

A: No. All food and beverages must be purchased through the club. Villas are stocked with snacks and drinks upon arrival and replenished during your stay.

Q: Can we order food from the clubhouse?

A: Yes. Our clubhouse offers food and beverage service, and catering can be arranged for groups.

Q: Are outside caterers allowed?

A: No. Outside catering is not permitted, but Fyre offers group dining options and event menus.

Golf & Course Access

Q: How far are the villas from the course?

A: The villas are located on property, just steps from the 9th green.

Q: Are golf carts included with villa rentals?

A: Yes. Golf carts are included as part of your Stay & Play package.

Q: Can non-golfers stay in the villas?

A: Yes. Non-golfers are welcome, but pricing is based on golf-inclusive rates.

Policies

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to arrival for a refund. Deposits are non-refundable.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No. All villas are non-smoking.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: No. Pets are not permitted in the villas.

Future Plans

Q: Will more villas be built?

A: Yes. Two additional villas and four King Suites above the clubhouse are scheduled to open in 2026, expanding our capacity.
