COURSE RULES
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer the flexibility to modify or cancel your tee time reservation. However, to ensure the best possible experience for all of our golfers, we request that any changes to your tee time reservation be made by phone or in person no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tee time.
For assistance or questions regarding changes to your reservation, please contact our Pro Shop at (309) 749-9044. We kindly ask that cancellations also be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We value your business and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which help us to ensure a smooth and seamless reservation process for all golfers.
CREDIT CARDS: All credit card transactions at Fyre Lake Golf Club will have a surcharge of 3%
BAG DROP: Upon arrival and departure, please use the Bag Drop where a staff member will assist you with your clubs. Players choosing not to use the Bag Drop will be responsible for carrying their clubs from the parking lot.
GOLF CARTS: All golf cart drivers must hold a valid driver’s license. ALL DAMAGES TO THE GOLF CARTS ARE PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
Cart Allocation
Each group receives two golf carts. Single-rider carts are available for an additional $25 fee.
Walking Policy
Walking is allowed and encouraged, but there is no discount for walking.
Capacity Limits
For safety reasons, each cart may hold a maximum of two riders and two golf bags.
Parking Lot Restriction
GPS carts are NOT permitted in the parking lot.
GPS Rules on Course
Follow the GPS guidance at all times.
Certain areas are restricted to protect the course.
Failure to comply will result in the cart automatically shutting off.
📌 These rules are designed to ensure safety, pace of play, and the preservation of course conditions at Fyre Lake Golf Club.
To protect the integrity of the course, we kindly request that golf carts stay on designated cart paths in the vicinity of all greens and tees, as indicated by signs on the course. Players are also responsible for any damages incurred to the golf carts during their round.
Finally, to preserve the natural beauty of our course, we ask that you refrain from driving in the fescue.
PACE OF PLAY: We aim to provide a delightful and enjoyable round of golf for all players. With that in mind, we encourage you to maintain a steady pace of play, with a goal of completing your round in four hours. This timeframe allows for a relaxed and fulfilling experience on the course, while also being mindful of other players and ensuring that everyone can play without undue delay. By being aware of your pace and keeping up with the group ahead, you can help create an enjoyable and memorable round for everyone.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: you can enjoy a delicious meal and refreshing beverages while you play. Our food and beverage carts will keep you fueled throughout your round. To ensure a top-notch experience, only food and drinks purchased from the Club may be consumed on the course. We offer convenient coolers for you to stock up at check-in and at the turn. Please note that all alcohol must be purchased and distributed by the Club due to state liquor laws. Bringing outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and those who do so will be asked to leave the golf course with no refund.
DRESS CODE: Denim, tank tops, cut-offs, and gym shorts are not permitted—please be respectful and wear proper golf attire while on the course.
RANGE: Golfers are required to wear proper golf attire at all times. All bathing attire, collarless shirts, gym shorts, tank tops, tube and halter tops, mesh shirts, cutoffs, short shorts, tennis outfits and dress of this type are NOT PERMITTED. A Bermuda length short is permissible, as are shirts with mock collars.
