COURSE RULES

Tee Time Payment & Cancellation Policy

Tee times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Any prepaid reservations cancelled inside the 48-hour window are non-refundable.

For assistance or to make changes to your reservation, please contact the Golf Shop at (309) 749-9044.

Credit Card Policy

All credit card transactions at Fyre Lake Golf Club will include a 3% processing surcharge.

Bag Drop

Upon arrival and departure, please use the Bag Drop where a staff member will assist you with your clubs.

Guests choosing not to use the Bag Drop will be responsible for transporting their clubs from the parking lot.

All players who have not prepaid for their round will check in and complete payment at the Bag Drop.

Golf Cart Policy

All golf cart drivers must possess a valid driver's license.

Players are fully responsible for any damage to golf carts during their round.

Golf carts are not permitted in the parking lot.

Cart Allocation

Each group receives two golf carts.

Single-rider carts are available for an additional $25 fee.

Capacity Limits

For safety reasons, each golf cart may carry a maximum of two riders and two golf bags.

GPS Cart System

All carts are equipped with GPS technology.

Players must follow all on-screen GPS instructions.

Certain areas of the course are restricted to protect course conditions. Entering restricted areas may cause the cart to automatically shut off.

Course Protection

Golf carts must remain on designated cart paths near greens and tees, as indicated by signage throughout the course.

Golf carts are strictly prohibited in fescue areas.

Walking Policy

Walking is allowed and encouraged, however no discount is offered for walking.

Pace of Play

Fyre Lake operates with 15-minute tee time intervals.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all players, we expect groups to maintain proper pace and keep up with the group ahead.

Our goal is for all rounds to be completed in approximately four hours.

Slow play will not be tolerated. Please be mindful of other golfers and help maintain a steady pace throughout your round.

Food & Beverage

Food and beverage service is available anywhere on the golf course using the GPS ordering system.

Our Fyre Strike Team will deliver food and drinks directly to you on the course.

Only food and beverages purchased from the Club may be consumed on property.

Coolers are available at check-in and at the turn for your convenience.

Due to state liquor laws, all alcohol must be purchased from and served by the Club.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests found bringing outside alcohol onto the property will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required at all times.

The following items are not permitted:

• Denim
• Tank tops
• Cut-offs
• Gym shorts

Guests are expected to dress respectfully and maintain the standards of Fyre Lake Golf Club.

Practice Range

All green fee packages include complimentary use of the driving range.
